EPC – General contracting

OTF CONTRACTING Co. Ltd., as general contractor, implements turnkey projects for its Hungarian and International clients in the oil and gas, pipeline, petrochemical, chemical, energetics, green energy, and environmental protection sector. Project implementation encompasses preparation, design, procurement, construction-fitting, and commissioning (EPCC) activities; and also operation (EPCm) if requested by the client.

Construction

Construction, expansion, reconstruction, modernisation, and regular overhaul of new and existing plants, factories, pipeline networks and their individual facilities. Construction tasks carried out are supported by experience in different fields of expertise, designer background, and an extensive supply network. The company's position in this field is reinforced by client satisfaction in general contractor projects and project management experience.


Maintenance

Maintenance activity encompasses complex, periodical reconstruction, overhaul preparation with intensification, and turnkey solutions for plants, factories, and individual facilities, involving every field of expertise. We assess the expected life span of the main units and determine the necessary repair works.

OTF complex general contracting activity encompasses:

• industrial facilities (oil processing and petrochemical plants, gas processing plants, above ground installations for underground gas storage facilities, hydrocarbon industry tanks, loaders, off-loaders, pipelines, oil and gas extraction facilities, technological and auxiliary facilities, bio and chemical industry plants, energetics and nuclear equipment and facilities),
• infrastructure development (gas, water, and electric energy supply, canalisation, telecommunication),
• environmental protection (industrial and hazardous waste depots, sewage treatment plants, communal and industrial waste incinerators, decreasing the evaporation loss of hydrocarbon tanks),
• communal facilities (educational, sport, and cultural facilities, housing projects, office buildings).
